INGEMA Foundation protects personal data pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data, which approves the Regulation relating to security measures for automated files containing personal data.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data, we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide us with through the www.ingema.es website or via the completion of forms, will be treated confidentially and will form part of a file owned by Fundación Instituto Gerontológico Matia-INGEMA, with address at Camino de los Pinos 27, 20018, Donostia-San Sebastian (Guipuzcoa) Spain, which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
