ELES is a longitudinal study, based on the monitoring of population cohorts for 20 years. This study will collect data on five areas (demography, health, psycho-social health, economic resources, and family and social networks), through self -reported questionnaires, bio-markers, anthropometric measures and tests. The intention of this effectiveness is to carry out a pilot study with a sample of 1,319 people to verify the design of this investigation, before starting with the first ELES wafe with a total sample of 12,000 individuals assigned proportionally.
