BA in Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2003), M.S in Social Gerontology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2004) and Postgraduate Training Course for Applied Social Research and Data Analysis Specialists in the Center for Sociological Research (2007). Currently she is PhD candidate in Methodology of Social Science Research. In 2004 and 2005, worked as Post-degree Research Member in the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and between 2005 and 2008 as Pre-Doctoral Research Member in the Spanish Scientific Research Council (CSIC). Since then, May 2008, she is working in Fundación INGEMA in projects relating to living conditions, attitudes and values in the elderly, and in the Age-Friendly Donostia-San Sebastian Project as principal researcher. Recently (summer 2010), she has been doing an internship in The New York Academy of Medicine working in the Age-Friendly New York City Project.
