Eskarne Arregui

Degree in Economics by the Public University of Navarra in 2001.

She has worked in the International Department of Zabala Innovation Consulting from 2007, in the coordination of transnational projects in socio-economic and technologies for the quality of life of elderly and dependent people.

Some of the projects in which she has participated are the TECFORLIFE (RoK-2008)- Assistive technologies for the quality of life, 3rd LIFE (AAL 2009)- Development of a 3D environment for the improvement of communication and social relations of elderly and their families, EASY-LINE+ (FP6-2005)- Development of electrical appliances for the independence of elderly people at home, IAREG (SSH-2007) Research on intangible assets that influence on generation of regional economic growth, SEARCH (SSH-2010) Research on the integration process between the EU and the NCs by focusing on the European Research Neighborhood (ERN).

For more than five years she worked as responsible of the Brussels office of Zabala Innovation Consulting and in the Directorate General of European Affairs of the Government of Navarra, in monitoring of EU policy initiatives, legislation and programs.

Currently she is working as project manager in Fundación INGEMA.
