Xabier Ansorena

He is a licentiate in Psychology from the University of the Basque Country, in San Sebastian, in 2009. In 2010, he obtained the Official Master’s Degree on Neuropsychology from the University of Salamanca. He is currently doing his doctoral thesis in collaboration with INGEMA within a programme of the University of Salamanca. The subject of his thesis is related to auto-perception and the memory of the elderly.

He is currently receiving a scholarship for his training in research. His work includes different areas of neuropsychology, language and new technologies for the elderly. He is part of the “Research On Advanced Dementia” (ROAD) research line and collaborates in projects related to the loss or deterioration of language in people with a dementia.
