The Project seeks to get to know the current situation and future demand of “housing” of the elderly in the Basque Country Autonomous Community. Quantitative (Housing Survey Euskadi) and qualitative (Interviews and discussion groups) data will be obtained and a comparative analysis between countries made. The analysis of all these information will allow proposing new action plans on housing that cover housing policy, development of services, technological, economic, business, training, governance and employment necessities. This knowledge will be transferred into different sectors involved in housing, technology, construction, transport, etc.
