During the Project, a deterioration evaluation tool will be created and validated, which will cover information related to cognition, functional state, physical state, behaviour changes, medication and care situation. The project will be developed in different stages, which include looking through existing literature on that topic, contrast with professionals, pilot tests, validation, etc.

The tool will be published and applied in the buildings Matia Foundation will have for that purpose, with the help and guidance of Ingema.
