The aim of the pilot experiences is to put into practice the Person-Centred Comprehensive Attention model and its preferences in an institutional environment. This will allow identifying the Good Practices for the field of care centres in each of the aspects of the new model. The project consists of 6 pilot experiences that will be put into practice in the residential care centre Julián Rezola:

• Implementation of the Person-Centred Comprehensive Attention model into residential care and day care centres with the incorporation of good approved practices: Impact in users, families and workers.

• Restriction-free centres: identification of the necessary factors for the new care centres for dependent older people to be restriction-free from the beginning.

• Promotion of knowledge and putting the interventions to minimize the risk of falls into practice.

• Person-Centred Comprehensive Attention model and its precision in the organization of Daily Life: Therapeutic interventions based on everyday life and the preferences of the users.

• Observational Analysis as a tool to improve quality of life.

• Life story and its relation with the care model.
